The policy step includes a description of both general policies and cancellation policies that apply to each of your unit types.
If all your unit types have the same policy, use the "Apply to Selected types" section.
- Select General Policy from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your General Policy information in the text box.
- Click the "Apply" box for all unit types that you want to apply the general policy to. If you want to apply it to all units, click the higher level Apply box represented by the "-" character in front of the unit type (i.e. RV Site). This will automatically select all the apply boxes under the site type.
- Click the "fill" button to fill in the general policy you selected in the "Apply to selected types" section. This function inserts the general policy into all of the types that you chose in the "Apply" column.
- Click "Save" to save the general policy you have entered for each unit type.
- Select Cancellation Policy from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your Cancellation Policy information in the text box.
- Click the "Apply" box for all unit types that you want to apply the cancellation policy to. If you want to apply it to all units, click the higher level Apply box represented by the "-" character in front of the unit type (i.e. RV Site). This will automatically select all the apply boxes under the site type.
- Click the "fill" button to fill in the cancellation policy you selected in the "Apply to selected types" section. This function inserts the cancellation policy into all of the types that you chose in the "Apply" column.
- Click "Save" to save the cancellation policy you have entered for each unit type.
- Check the "I have reviewed this page" box. If you miss this step, the wizard will prompt you to check the box before moving on.
- Click the "Next Step" to go to the next step in the setup wizard.

If you have a different policy for each of your unit types, you can enter both the general and cancellation policies in the text boxes for each unit type. Make sure you "Save" your entries for each policy type before going to the next policy type. Once you have entered both policies for each unit type, make sure to complete steps 11 and 12 to indicate that you have reviewed them before moving on to the next step in the wizard.
