The occupant capacity sets the number of occupants (adults, children, and pets) included in the base rate of your unit types as well as the maximum number of occupants allowed.
If your unit types have the same occupant capacity, use the top section labeled "Apply to selected types."
- Enter the number of adults included in your base rate.
- Enter the maximum number of adults allowed per unit.
- Enter the number of children included in your base rate.
- Enter the maximum number of children allowed per unit.
- Enter the number of pets included in your base rate.
- Enter the maximum number of pets allowed per unit.
- Click the "Apply" box for all unit types that you want to apply the minimum / maximum occupant numbers to. If you want to apply them to all units, click the higher level Apply box represented by the "-" character in front of the unit type (i.e. RV Site). This will automatically select all the apply boxes under the site type.
- Click the "fill" button to fill in the minimum / maximum number of occupants you selected in the "Apply to selected types" section. This function inserts the number into all of the types that you chose in the "Apply" column.

If your minimum / maximum numbers of occupants vary among your unit types, you can change the number of occupants for a particular unit type by repeating steps 1 through 6 above for each unit type. Once you have set the number of occupants for all your unit types, make sure you complete steps 9 through 11 above to save your changes and indicate that you have reviewed them before going on to the next step in the wizard.
